The concert was wonderful. Paul signed for quite a few people while entering and exiting for the rehearsal as well as the performance. I didn't get one, but being that I was in the front of the line, I got to stare into his brown eyes, however briefly! Paul was there with Mary and James. Other celebs: Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, Elvis Costello, Conan O'Brien, Jerry Sielfeld, Sid Bernstein, Alec Baldwin, Lorne Michaels. That's all I can remember for now. What moved me was Somedays, the piece from Standing Stone and lament - just because I knew what Paul was feeling at that time. I was able to watch him through the performance and he seemed to enjoy himself, actually bopping up and down every now and then. It was a wonderful night!
